Ralph Lloyd Price Jr., 83 of King City, California, passed away quietly at 8:05 am on February 11, 2018. He was born August 25, 1934 in Watsonville, California to Ralph and Helen Price.

Ralph was a flight engineer for the US Air Force for several years achieving the rank of Staff Sargent. He told stories of flying all over the world including China, the Middle East, and Europe. He served in the Philippines during the Viet Nam war attending to combat aircraft damaged during the fighting.

After retiring from the Air Force Ralph moved with his family in 1966 to King City, California, where he had been hired as a patrol deputy sheriff. He was promoted to detective during the last several years of his 27 year career with the county. He then went to school in Colorado for a year to learn the craft of gunsmithing. Returning to King City he opened a gun shop at the corner of Pine Canyon and Jolon Roads and served local hunters until just a few years ago. His loving wife Sandra of 53 years passed away on October 12, 2016.

Ralph is survived by 5 children: Rhonda Price of Clovis, California, Rebecca Price Swift of Chico, California, Edward Muzylowski of Arroyo Seco, California, Steven Muzylowski of Sacramento, California, and Tammy Muzylowski Biles of Berryville, Arkansas, He also has 12 grandchildren, 16 great grancchildren and 1 great great grandchild.

Memorial services will be a private family matter.

In lieu of flowers, the family wishes any donations be made to the American Cancer Society or the National Rifle Association.
