Espinoza is officer of the year

Photo courtesy of Rob Cullen - King City Police Chief Nick Baldiviez names Juan Espinoza as the King City Police Department’s 2012 Officer of the Year. Baldiviez then gave Espinoza a framed certificate. Espinoza has been in law enforcement since 2006 and joined the KCPD in May, 2011. He has a long list of accomplishments since that time. He has a bachelor’s degree in criminology and law enforcement from California State University, Fresno.
