State administrator highlights changes for the district

KING CITY — State Administrator Dr. Daniel Moirao spoke about changes to the South Monterey County Joint Union High School District at a King City Rotary Club meeting on Wednesday, Jan. 9.

Dr. Moirao touched again on the large problems facing the school district.

“The loan helped us through a critical time, but it didn’t save us,” said Moirao. “There is no money left.”
