SOLEDAD - Isaiah Godby was on day 19 of his run to move natural medicine forward when he came through Soledad last Wednesday. He stopped to take a break before he continued on running another 23 miles in the day.
“I was really looking forward to getting to Soledad,” said Godby. “That just puts me so much closer to my goal.”
Godby started this effort at the border of Mexico and California, headed north, and his brother Jeremy started at the Canadian border, headed south, where they will meet in Davis, and together they will complete the last leg of their run ending up in Sacramento. In total, they will have ran 1,760 miles on a 34-day tour of the West Coast.
