King City Chamber Citizen of the Year: Floyd Owens

KING CITY — The King City Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture surprised Floyd Owens on Nov. 20 with the announcement that he had won the Citizen of the Year Award. The title is awarded to a citizen who has contributed to the community in a variety of ways and has lived in the area for more than three years.

“I was shocked! They kind of tricked me,” Owens said.
