Shared services, street lines highlight State of City

Brock Hill/South County Newspapers - King City Mayor Rob Cullen makes remarks during the State of the City Address on Jan. 17. During his address, he touched on such issues as shared services, repainting the stripes on the streets, and animal control.

KING CITY Various local businesses and concerned residents gathered at St. John Catholic Church Hall on Thursday, Jan. 17 anxiously waiting to hear mayor Robert Cullen and city manager Michael Powers give their State of the City Address.

Mayor Robert Cullen began his address by thanking everybody for coming out and being involved. Cullen continued by welcoming the new city council members Karen Jernigan and Belinda Hendrickson.
